Can I send a message with my order?
Yes, you can send a message with your order. During the checkout process, there is a
Gift Message area. Enter your message in this field if your order is a gift (for example, "Happy Birthday George!").
How do you ship and what are your shipping charges?
Orders shipped to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Fedex. Prints are mailed in heavy duty tubes with a maximum of two prints per tube. Shipping costs for prints within the US:

Most orders outside the the US are shipped via USPS Air Letter Post. The cost depends on the country. Below are some approximate costs:

Wood mounted (also known as plaque mounted) shipping costs are $23.00 per mounted print. Only orders in the US are accepted. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
Shipping costs for laminated prints are $11.00 per print. Only orders in the US are accepted. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
Framed prints shipping costs are $25.00 per framed print. Only orders in the US are accepted. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
Is there any sales tax?
If you ship the prints to a location in Massachusetts then a 5% sales tax is added to the total amount of your order.
How do you process online credit card payments?
We use Cardservice International, the industry leader of credit card processing to process our payments. What happens if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 'no questions asked' 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know by sending us an email at
service@historyshots.com. We will refund the purchase price of the print(s) excluding shipping costs within the first 30 days after you receive the prints.
To be eligible for refund or replacement, please send back the print(s) to us in the original tube. Send the print(s) to the address below. We will refund your account or replace the print(s) as soon as the return is received.

Confederate Army and Union Army Prints Questions
How are the prints similar?
The History of the Confederate Army and the History of the Union Army are the overall same size (36 x 24 inches). In addition, all of the borders are the same size.
How are the prints different?
The History of the Confederate Army and the History of the Union Army are different in the following ways: 1) paper weight: the Union Army is printed on an 80lb stock while the Confederate Army is printed on an 100lb stock (the type of paper is same); and 2) scale: because the Union had a larger army in terms of number of troops, the Union Army streams are about double the scale of the Confederate Army streams.
