This vintage information chart from the late 1890s maps and ranks the most populous cities of the United States over a hundred year time period. Through the clever use of colors (only 10) and patterns, the designer was able to map more than 450 data points using a single standard polygon shape. This is a reproduction print. Our vintage infoart collection is our attempt to give new life to forgotten classic data graphics. Each print is crafted from an original that has been scanned at a high-resolution and carefully restored.
